Investigation into a complaint by an Iraqi detainee that the U.S. soldiers who detained him stole his money when it was confiscated, cut his clothes off of him and made him stand naked in the rain for twelve hours. Investigator finds all claims to be untrue. Memorandum includes sworn statements.

- An Iraqi civilian was stopped and taken in to custody for interrogation. After it was determined that he was a civilian and no threat to the collation forces he was let go. The detainee claims that some of his money was stolen by the military commander. The matter was investigated and it was determined that all of the gentleman's money and property that was taken from him at the time of his detention were returned to him upon his release.
