This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate for Ala Shnaywir Karim, a detainee who died at the Theater Internment Facility (TIF), Camp Bucca, Umm Qasr, Iraq. it is reported that Mr. Karim was seen vomiting blood outside his tent and complained of being dizzy. The Report states that Mr. Karim was admitted to TIF hospital and listed in serious condition with a possible aneurysm. Mr. Karim was then MEDEVAC'd to the Combat Support Hospital (CSH) in Balad, Iraq. The Report states that during the flight Mr. Karim's condition deteriorated and the aircraft stopped in Al Kut. CPR and other life saving measures were initiated, but were unsuccessful. Mr. Karim was pronounced dead. Cause of Death: Hemorrhage of the Right Cerebellum; Manner of Death: Natural.
