Autopsy No: AFME 03-349B. Male Iraqi detainee arrested under the suspicion of possession of a pipe bomb on 7/10/03. He was brought to the detention center at Baghdad International Airport Compound on 7/11/03. Detainee had a history of pulmonary tuberculosis and was evaluated by a US military physician upon arrival and was provided treatment. On 7/12/03, he was found dead in the detention center with a large amount of blood emerging from the nose and mouth. Cause of Death: Massive Hemoptysis due to Cavitary Pulmonary Tuberculosis. Manner of Death: Natural.
