This is the Autopsy Report and Death Certificate of Dham Spah, a detainee at Abu Ghraib Prison, Baghdad, Iraq. The Report states that Mr. Spah had an enlarged heart and a narrowing of his arteries supplying blood to his heart. Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease; Manner of Death: Natural."
