This is the Autopsy Report of Sher Mohammed Khan, a detainee at the Regional Interrogation Facility (RIF),Salerno Firebase, Afghanistan. It is reported that while Mr. Khan was being processed in to the RIF he stated that he was bitten by a snake or a spider, causing him to be ill. The day after being processed in to the RIF, Mr. Khan was examined by medics, who medically cleared him. The Report states that later that day, Mr. Khan's vital signs crashed, and he died at the RIF. Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease; Manner of Death: Natural.
