This is the Autopsy Report Autopsy Report of Mohamad Abul Abbas, a detainee in US custody. It is reported that Mr. Abbas suffered from several medical illness' that contributed to his death. The Report states that Mr. Abbas was seen at the camp medical clinic after complaining of chest pain and shortness of breath. While under treatment there he collapsed and became unresponsive, breathless and was absent a pulse. CPR and other life saving measures were initiated, but failed to revive him. He died at the camp medical clinic. Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease; Manner of Death: Natural.
