This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate for Muhammad Najib Abu-Wafa Ali, a detainee at the Theater Internment Facility (TIF) Hospital, Camp Bucca, Umm Qasr, Iraq. It is reported that Mr. Ali was witnessed falling when exiting his tent in Compound 6, of the TIF. It is reported that Mr. Ali hit his head, and it is that injury that caused his death. The Report states that Mr. Ali was treated at the TIF Hospital, but it was was not successful, and Mr. Ali succumb to his injury.
