This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate of Najim Mohammed Abbass Al-Zubaid a detainee who died at Camp Cropper, Baghdad, Iraq. It is reported that Mr. Al-Zubaidi was being treated for tuberculosis, but no other known illness'. The report states that Mr. Al-Zubaidi was found in his hospital bed unresponsive, breathless and without a pulse, CPR and other life saving measures were initiated, but failed to revive him.
