This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate of Tariq Sadig Abdul Jussain Alubaydi, a detainee at Camp Bucca, Umm Qasr, Iraq. It is reported that Mr. Alubaydi was complaining of chest pain while in detention. He was taken to the TIF hospital, where he suffered a witnessed heart attack. CPR and other life saving measures were initiated, but failed to revive Mr. Alubaydi. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
