Autopsy Number: 03-366-B. Other detainees brought Iraqi male detainee to gate. He had apparently complained of chest pain during his detention and appeared to have been dead for some time. Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease. Manner of death: Natural. A nearly identical version is available at ACLU-RDI 988.

- Detainee Wathik Salah Mihdy was brought to the gate of Abu Ghraib prison by other detainees. He appeared to have been dead for some time. Mr. Mihdy had complained of chest paints during his detention. The autopsy report concludes that the manner of death was natural, caused by a heart attack. There were no significant injuries reported.
