This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate for Yahir Diasti Diab, a detainee at Theater Internment Facility (TIF), Camp Cropper. It is reported that Mr. Diab was being treated in the 31st Combat Support Hospital (CSH), Camp Cropper Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for liver failure and other ailments. He was determined to be terminally ill. On December 3, 2007 Mr. Diab suffered a cardiac arrest and died. No live saving measures were preformed.
