An unidentified Iraqi detainee died approximately one hour after being hooded and taken to the Abu Ghraib "shower room" for interrogation. The military failed to provide medical attention to the detainee's severe head wounds prior to interrogation. After the detainee collapsed and died, his body was photographed while wrapped in plastic sheeting and covered in ice.
