    • Two Iraqi brothers were stopped at a checkpoint in Baghdad and were detained when they were found with a 9mm handgun. The two brothers later claimed that U.S. soldiers took a black bag from them which contained over $40,000. CID found that there was no record or evidence of a black bag among the possessions of the detainees. The investigation was terminated because there were no leads of value and insufficient evidence to prove or disprove the allegation.
