A detainee alleges that when he was captured he was taken to a palace in Ramadi where he was kicked and electrocuted. The detainee was medically checked during this period and no signs of injury or abuse were indicated.

    • A detainee states that he was captured by US forces and taken to a palace in Ramadi where he was punched, kicked, had water poured on him and was electrocuted. Medical exam and review of the records of the capture and detention did not support the detainee's allegations.
