    • One detainee accused another of communicating threats of physical harm and lying to interrogators. Two detainees were involved in a physical altercation the next day. Medical staff confirmed that one had minor swelling on the right side of his head and the other had minor bruising on the knuckle of his left hand. Each detainee claimed that the other had initiated the altercation. Actions taken against both detainees were segregation and loss of comfort items (CI).
