    • Following a disagreement that arose when one detainee started singing while others were praying, detainees threw water and feces at each other for an hour. They stopped when the guards approached their cells but continued as soon as the guards left the area. Actions taken in response were 10 days of complete segregation and 10 days of complete loss of comfort items.
