Specifically, the cable states "It was recently discovered that several detainees transferred to Guantanamo who were previously reported to be nationals of Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan, are in fact nationals of China. The names of each detainee and the affected countries can be found in paragraph 5.
