Autopsy No: ME 04-358; Hussein Abdullah Awad Al-Juwadi, a 75 year old Iraqi male detainee at Abu Ghraib, died on May 11, 2004 after he reportedly collapsed abruptly and became unconscious. Detainee had a past medical history significant for diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and pervious myocardial infarction. Cause of Death: Severe Atherosclerotic Coronary Vasular Disease. Manner of Death: Natural.
