Autopsy No: ME 04-358; Hussein Abdullah Awad Al-Juwadi, a 75 year old Iraqi male detainee at Abu Ghraib, died on May 11, 2004 after he reportedly collapsed abruptly and became unconscious. Detainee had a past medical history significant for diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and pervious myocardial infarction. Cause of Death: Severe Atherosclerotic Coronary Vasular Disease. Manner of Death: Natural.

Hussein Abdullah Awad Al-Juwadi, a 75-year-old Iraqi male detainee at Abu Ghraib, died on May 11, 2004 after he reportedly collapsed abruptly and became unconscious. Al-Juwadi had a past medical history of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and myocardial infarction. The autopsy report determined that the cause of death was severe atherosclerotic coronary vascular disease. The manner of death was deemed natural.
