Tribunal determined that the detainee in question has been accurately classified as an enemy combatant and that he was a member of the Taliban with military experience against the Russians. Detainee denied all allegations and called two witnesses who agreed that the detainee was not a member of the Taliban. During the hearing, the detainee claimed that he was still suffering from various ailments resulting from two days of severe beatings while being held by U.S. forces in Afghanistan.
