A CID investigation into the death of an Iraqi detainee Mobass Fahad at Abu Ghraib Prison on November 15, 2004 from Acute Myocarditis. Mr. Fahad was reported to have a history of seizures and asthma. He was treated at the Camp hospital, and was discharged. On the day he died, Mr. Fahad was walking around, and then laid down and had a witnessed seizure. He died of Generalized Tonic Clonic Seizure with Anoxia. Corpsmen attended to Mr. Fahad and performed CPR. Mr. Fahad was transported to the hospital, but died. There were no obvious signs of trauma.
