This is the Autopsy Report & Death Certificate for Talib Enezy Ghadban, a detainee at the Baghdad Central Confinement Facility (BCCF), Abu Ghraib, Baghdad, Iraq. It is reported that Mr. Ghadban was admitted to the 344th Field Hospital after complaining of being light-headed.
