He stated that he did not conduct interviews initially and was very aware of the Rules of Engagement concerning detainee interrogations. Interviewee stated he overheard rumors that "there were videos about detainees having sex" and commented on MPs "doing their thing" Rumors included, detainees having sex, and videos of detainees were being made.
